Sydney Theatre Company (STC) er et australsk teaterkompani som holder til i Sydney i New South Wales. STC har oppsetninger i The Wharf Theatre i Dawes Point rundt The Rocks-området til Sydney, i tillegg til Sydney Theatre og dramaseskjonen til operahuset i Sydney.
